By scheduling a service, using our website, or otherwise engaging with BJN Pressure Washing, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

BJN Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Pressure washing (driveways, patios, siding, etc.)

Window cleaning

Gutter cleaning

Roof rinsing

Custom exterior cleaning upon request

All services are offered to residential and commercial properties in Southern California.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled via phone, text, or online booking.

Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on weather or job duration.

If we are delayed, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Excessive cancellations may result in denial of future service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved digital payment methods.

Late payments may result in a $25 late fee and possible collection efforts.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure service can be performed safely and effectively, the customer agrees to:

Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned

Secure pets and inform us of any safety concerns

Notify us of any pre-existing conditions or fragile surfaces

Ensure water access is available on-site

BJN Pressure Washing is not liable for damage due to poor surface integrity, existing wear, or materials not suited for pressure washing.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right or offer a fair resolution. Your feedback helps us improve.

7. Liability & Damages

While we take every precaution to protect your property, BJN Pressure Washing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or deterioration

Paint chipping, window seals, or oxidation removal unless explicitly quoted

Water intrusion due to improper sealing or structural defects

Our technicians are trained, insured, and operate within industry standards.

8. Promotions & SMS Communication

By submitting your information, you consent to receive text messages or emails related to service confirmations, updates, promotions, or satisfaction follow-ups. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to SMS or unsubscribing via email.

9. Modifications & Service Refusal

We reserve the right to:

Modify service pricing, policies, or terms at any time (notice will be given)

Refuse service if the job is unsafe, illegal, or outside our scope

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in the appropriate California courts.
